Made from unpasturised cows milk, Gorwydd – Caerphilly has a lemony freshness and a clean light mouth feel. Produced in Lampeter in Wales, This particular Caerphilly is made using vegetable rennet and holds a handsome grey crust. It has a crumbly yet moist texture and we like it smattered over warm vegetables.
