Banon is an unpasturised goats cheese which is wrapped in chestnut leaves. It is one of the most rustically charming of our French cheeses we import. It almost seems a shame to unwrap them. Banon is an uncooked and unpressed cheese and so is incredibly light. We like this one very much here at Just Cheese.
