Here at Just Cheese, we are proud to offer a number of French Cheeses of exceptional quality and taste, so it made sense to present some of our favourites in this truly delectable selection. Brie de Meaux is a famous and revered cheese, it has an AOC protection and is made in large wheels from cows milk. Camembert Petit Normand is a traditional mould ripened cheese made from unpasteurised cows milk in Normandy. Pont L’Eveque carries a ridged crust that retains a supple texture and satisfying creamy interior. Finally, known as ‘the king of blue cheeses,’ Roquefort Soceite is a sheeps cheese that is aged in damp mineral rich caves of Cambalou, France. Societe is one of only seven Roquefort producers and this moist, mineral rich cheese is renowned for its consistency and high quality. Bon Appétit!
