This strapping cheeseboard offers up the very best of British artisanal cheese making. Starting with the hard, nutty sheep's cheese of Berkswell, we gently take our palettes deeper into some Stinking Bishop, a washed rind cheese that is fruity and light in the mouth. The Best of British cheeseboard also includes Cornish Blue, winner of the 2010 International Cheese Awards and Colsten Bassett Stilton, perhaps the most prestigious Stilton of them all. Tunworth is a handmade cheese from Hampshire with a creamy texture, wrinkled rind and a unique taste. Appleby’s is a fine example of a Cheshire cheese which is in fact unpasturised, maintaining all it’s depth of flavour. A British cheese selection wouldn’t be complete without cheddar and we have selected a 12 month matured Montgomery's Cheddar from the heart of Somerset.
