Keens Mature Cheddar

A rich, tongue tingling cheddar with a light nuttiness and a heavy fruity tang; we get notes of sour apples. Keens cheddar is made form unpasturised cow's milk in Wincanton, Somerset. An earthy cheese with a lingering spicy finish.
