A rich red cheddar style cheese with wonderful whisps of oak smoke layered throughout. Dorset Red makes us think of summer, we add wedges of it to barbecued burgers and with the penetrating oak smoked flavour combined with it’s rich flavour and smooth texture, it’s a cheese that’s hard to forget.
