A handsome blue cheese from the heart of Dorset. The 300 year old recipe was resurrected in 1980 by Mike Davies and is produced in Sturminster Newton, an old Dorset dairy village. Blue Vinny is made from semi-skimmed unpasturised cows milk so it retains all the deep flavours of the milk, but benefits from being low in fat too which enables a more subtle twang to this age old blue cheese.
