This mild, soft and creamy blue cheese is much less salty compared to other blue’s and we love it for its sweet flavour notes and delicately soft interior. Although designed to be eaten as a young cheese, Philip Stansfield’s Cornish Blue has gone from strength to strength over the past ten years and very recently was crowned the winner of the International Cheese Awards 2010.
