We chose Colston Bassett’s Stilton for its consistent high quality and the subtle salty twang brought on by the blue veining. Established in 1913, Colston Bassett have been producing one of England’s finest blue Stiltons for almost a hundred years. Made from pasturised whole cows milk, this famous blue cheese is one for the top table.
