Delivery times:

To guarantee the freshness and quality of your cheese, we work very closely with our suppliers and producers. By the very nature of this process we do not always carry certain cheeses, but we aim to deliver all orders within 2 working days subject to stock availability, and no longer than 3 working days. In the event of us not being able to meet this deadline we will contact you so please make sure you have given us accurate contact details including a phone number. If your cheese does not reach you within 24hours of leaving our premises, we are happy to refund the postage. Please note we currently do not ship orders outside of the UK.

• Arrange delivery to a different address
• Specify a different date for delivery
• Add a message to your order to give it a personal touch

We ship orders Monday to Thursday only, therefore delivery will only be made Tuesday through Friday. (excluding Bank Holidays)

All orders leave our premises on a next day delivery, however we cannot guarantee the time of transit once it has left our premises

If you are unlikely to be home, it may be beneficial to have your cheese shipped to your work address, or specify additional delivery requirements when processing your order. i.e – ‘please leave with neighbour,’ or, ‘please leave behind garden gate.’
